Starting from October 1, 2006, add "6" when making calls to mobile numbers (7 digits) and add "28" when making calls to fix numbers (6 digits) in Macau. And starting from January 1, 2008, please add "8" when making calls to DDI (Direct Dial In) numbers (7 digits).

The 6th Macao Japan Festival was held at the Culture Center on October 18. It is an event which is held every two years and organized by the Center for Japanese Studies of the University of Macau, the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong and the Japan Alumni Society of Macau.

"The dogs were impounded in a small and dirty cage with no any water and food, their skin were suffered from the dermatitis, and the stink was smell full of the house," recalled by Joyce Lee, the director of Abandoned Animals Protect Association of Macau (AAPAM).
