The 4th Annual Conference of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) will be held on 3 – 5 July, 2012 at the Grand Hyatt, Macao SAR, China. Hosted by the Faculty of Business and Administration of the University of Macau, this Conference will serve as a platform for exchange of ideas of the latest development and implementation in the real estate academic and professional arena for scholars, practitioners and government officials from all over the world. To facilitate better exchange among scholars, there will be both Chinese and English paper sessions (including instant translation at the opening sessions). One special session will be designated for Ph.D. students to present their dissertations. Papers accepted by the conferences will be considered for Best Paper Awards.
