Management Structure
On 27 June 2009 UM learned about the approval of the new campus bill, and in September of the same year UM set up a management team for the phase-1 works of the New Campus Project (NCP). Members of the NCP management team include UM's top management and representatives of UM staff, students and alumni. The NCP management team's responsibilities include collecting comments about the new campus from internal and external stakeholders, proposing suggestions and solutions, and submitting relevant requests and suggestions to the SAR government. Previously UM adjusted the NCP management structure according to project needs and allocation of resources, and the new structure was approved by the NCP Management Committee in February 2014.
