Utilization of renewable energy in various forms such as solar energy, wind energy, recycled reclaimed water, and rainwater, will also be considered. Appropriate facilities will be used to recover, sort and treat solid and liquid wastes to avoid environmental pollution. Environmentally friendly, non-radioactive and non-polluting building materials will also be used.

Other types of motor vehicles will be denied access to pedestrian zones. There will be separate pedestrian and vehicle routes to create an environment in which people feel safe and comfortable walking.
