In addition to courses on fashion design, CPTTM has also established a Fashion Information Gallery, the only fashion library in Macau. It collects different fashion information from all over the world. There are apparel reference books, periodicals, videos and samples of textile materials from Italy, UK, Germany, USA, Japan, Singapore, mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It provides services for fashion workers for book loans and information search.

The CPTTM is a non-profit organization jointly established by the Macau Government and the private sector. The mission of CPTTM is to support enterprises to utilize effectively new conceptual thinking, information and resources in order to increase the added values of their products or services. The aim is to promote higher productivity and stronger competitiveness of the industry.
