A UM lança obra sobre relações históricas entre Macau e o Sião

The University of Macau’s (UM) Publications Centre recently published a book titled ‘Macau and Siam: Historical Relations in the 18th and 19 Centuries’. The book is an English version of Macau e o Sião: Relações Históricas nos Séculos XVIII e XIX, authored by Dr Leonor Diaz de Seabra from UM’s Faculty of Arts and Humanities. It analyses the relations between Macao and Siam during the 18th and 19th centuries, covering various aspects, including trade, politics, diplomatic activities, and religious and cultural affairs.
