The University of Macau (UM)’s master’s degree programmes, postgraduate certificate/diploma programmes and PhD degree programmes for the 2011/2012 academic year are now open for application.
In the new academic year UM offers more than 30 master’s degree programmes and nine postgraduate certificate/diploma programmes. PhD degree programmes cover more than 20 areas of research. Deadline for application is 31 January 2011. Postgraduate scholarships are also open for application. Interested parties can visit http://www.umac.mo/grs for details during the said period. Applicants for master’s degree programmes and postgraduate certificate/diploma programmes can submit on-line applications via the above website. Applicants for PhD degree programmes are required to mail relevant application data to UM’s Graduate School.
To enable applicants to learn more about the programmes and application procedures, UM will hold a seminar at 18:30 on 6 December in Room J217-J219. Personnel in charge of relevant programmes and representatives of the Graduate School will attend the seminar to answer the audience’s inquiries.
