On 11 October, the University of Macau (UM) held the inauguration ceremony for the Youth Association of International Affairs (YAIA) and held the Expert Symposium on the Dispute over the Diaoyu Island between China and Japan on the same day. The association is co-found by the students from International Relations programme, European Studies programme and Public Administration programme in the Department of Government and Public Administration of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of UM.
