Content : We are pleased to have, as keynote speakers, Dr. Rush Miller, University Librarian and Director of the University Library System at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and Ms. Sherrie Schmidt, University Librarian and Dean of Hayden Library at Arizona State University, USA, and a former President of the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). They will give a global perspective of library collaboration. In addition, to give a regional and local perspective, Mr. Michael Robinson, Institute Librarian of the Hong Kong Institute of Education and Chair of JULAC as well as president of the Hong Kong Library Association, and Dr. Paul W.T. Poon, University Librarian of the University of Macau, will share with the audience their experience and insights of library collaboration. Library colleagues in Hong Kong and Macau, and to some selected libraries on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are also invited to join the Conference.
