The University of Macau’s (UM) Moon Chun Memorial College organised a leadership training camp from 16 November to 17 November for first-year students interested in becoming student leaders in the future. Apart from discussing theories and qualities of a good leader, a number of team challenges and educational games were designed in order to improve students’ communication skills and team spirit. The camp ended with a sharing session.
