Finland vodkas that feel like fireworks on your tongue, Swedish meat
balls that melt in your mouth, Brazilian chocolates that bring back that
wonderful feeling of falling in love for the first time, world-famous French
cheese, exotic African cuisines that you won’t forget once you taste them…These
are how students describe their experiences at the recent University of Macau
(UM) Food Festival. The food festival was organised by the Student Affairs
Office under the Buddy Programme, a programme that aims to build a bridge of
friendship between local and non-local exchange students. The food festival is
part of UM’s Cultural & Arts Festival 2013, and presented cuisines from 16
countries.
