The Communication Society, under the University of Macau Students’ Union, is calling for screenplays under the COMFilm Production project. There are no restrictions on the subject, as long as your screenplay can make the audience go “wow”! Interested students should email their screenplays in up to 1000 words (20 to 30 minutes), including story outline, character introduction and any necessary background information, to umcomfilm@gmail.com. You can submit as many screenplays as you like as long as they are original. Please include your name, student number, contact information, email address, and title of the screenplay, in your email. Author of the accepted screenplay will receive a cash prize of MOP 200 and has his or her work developed into a film for public screening at the end of 2013. Deadline for submission is 21 April.
