University of Macau’s (UM) University Council Chair Tse Chi Wai, Vice Chair Lam Kam Seng, UM Rector Wei Zhao, Faculty of Education Dean Fan Xitao, and Dean of Students Peter Yu visited new campus construction workers on the first day of the Chinese New Year and on the day before the Lantern Festival, to thank the workers for their contributions to new campus construction and distributed red packets as a way of wishing them health and happiness in the new year.
