Donovan Jr., US Consul-General to Hong Kong and Macau This is the first open lecture the US Consul General will give in Macao and before the talk, US Consul-General to Hong Kong and Macau Mr. Joseph R. Donovan Jr. and Rector of the University of Macau Prof. Wei Zhao will officiate a signing ceremony on renewing the MOU of the American Corner at the University of Macau Library. When the talk finishes, Mr. Joseph R. Donovan Jr. would be available for a short interview with all media.
