Conteúdo	:	The conference will be focused on the topic of ‘Port Cities in a Global Era’. More than 50 renowned scholars from countries and regions including the United States, Germany, Japan, Singapore, mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao, in the field of humanities and social sciences, especially those specialising on Asian studies, will attend the conference. Participants will discuss a wide range of topics related to the development of the field of the humanities in Asia, including the international influence of port cities, the development of and challenges facing port cities in a new era, and the changing identity of port cities.
