The University of Macau (UM) Badminton Team recently won gold medals at a local inter-varsity badminton tournament in all categories, including men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. The UM team has also won its fifth consecutive team championship. The event attracted students from six higher education institutions in Macao, namely UM, the City University of Macau, the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies, Macao Polytechnic Institute, the University of Saint Joseph, and the Macau University of Science and Technology.
