The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China began today (16 October) at 10:00am at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. To fully learn about the content of the national congress, University of Macau (UM) faculty members and students, led by UM Rector Yonghua Song, watched the live broadcast of the opening ceremony of the event. They learned more about China’s development in various aspects as well as the country’s future development plan. The students say they will continue to study hard to better serve Macao and contribute to the country.
