The University of Macau (UM) has been certified under ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, in recognition of the university’s continuous effort to improve service quality management and its commitment to environment protection. UM is the first higher education institution in Macao to obtain certification under the latest ISO management system standards.
