Winners of the world’s first High School Wireless Apps Competition, which was sponsored by the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE MTT-S), and co-organized by the University of Macau (UM) and the IEEE Macau AP/MTT Joint Chapter, were announced recently. The champion, the first runner-up, and the second runner-up were from Yuet Wah College, Chan Sui Ki Perpetual Help College, and Macau Xin Hua School, respectively. The competition was an extension of UM’s Wireless Technology Study Summer Camp and had the support of the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macao SAR.
