The University of Macau’s (UM) Faculty of Education and the Special Olympics Macau will on 4 February (Saturday) co-organize a forum on special education as well as two workshops. Experts and scholars from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and mainland China will attend the forum and report on the latest practices and research directions in the field and envision the future of special education. The opening ceremony for the forum will take place at 9:30 in HG03, Ho Yin Convention Centre, UM. The two workshops, on hyper-active children and children with learning disabilities respectively, will take place simultaneously on the same day at 15:30 in JG14 and JG15 respectively. The forum and the two workshops will be conducted in Mandarin and Cantonese. All are welcome.
