In order to promote food safety, quality and nutritional value, the Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs of the University of Macau (UM) will launch the "Who is the Dietary Expert?" healthy food promotion and analysis competition during the Healthy University Week in November to raise awareness in food safety and nutritional value among UM students and staff.

Those who are interested in participating in the competition can submit an article on healthy food analysis in 150-300 words, together with a picture of the food and the participant, and email the application form to: hup@um.edu.mo before 26 September 2012.
