Sze Yee-Tui, an emeritus professor from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Macau (UM), has been elected as one of the 44 Most Influential Poets in China, in an activity organised by the Zhonghua Book Company.
Prof Sze also received the Public Influence Award for his contributions to the dissemination of traditional Chinese poetry.
Prof Sze holds a PhD degree in literature from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and he is a former researcher at the CASS’ Institute of Literature. He has published more than 30 books, including the Study on the Relation between Ci Poetry and Music, Sze Yee-Tui’s Ci Poetry Collected Papers, and Selection of Contemporary Ci Poetry.
