Prof. Lam Long Wai, head of the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration, University of Macau (UM), recently was invited to attend an international forum on human resource management and employee well-being management in China as a keynote speaker. Prof. Lam gave a speech on leadership in Asia, which was well received by the participants.
