The University of Macau’s (UM) Moon Chun Memorial College (MCM College) will hold a talk, entitled “Crimea in Context”, on Thursday 20 March on UM’s new campus. Department of Government and Public Administration professor Rodney Bruce Hall and Department of History assistant professor Dr. Oscar Sanchez-Sibony will be the keynote speakers. They will share their views on the current situation in Crimea from the perspectives of international relations, international law, and Crimea’s political and cultural histories.
