The University of Macau (UM)’s Office of Sports Affairs on 28 March held a badminton mixed doubles tournament and a 3×3 basketball tournament in the UM Sports Complex on the new campus. These are the first sports events held on the new campus. Six student teams and six staff teams participated in the badminton tournament, while six student teams and four staff teams participated in the basketball tournament. UM Vice Rector Prof. Haydn Chen and Office of Sports Affairs Director Dr. Patrick Chan also attended the events to cheer on the athletes.
