The University of Macau (UM) Siu Pong College (SPC) on 26 January started a trial run of late-night snack service. During the three-week trial period, a variety of choices, including fried rice, spaghetti, tea, juice, and dessert, will be available in the college’s dining hall from 9:30pm to 11:30pm. Two other residential colleges, namely Lui Che Woo College and Chao Kuang Piu College, started a trial run of late-night snack service three weeks ago.
