A student entrepreneurial team from the University of Macau (UM) Cheng Yu Tung College won a third prize at an entrepreneurship competition for college students in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, for their eco-friendly cat litter. According to the organiser, the UM team is one of the few entrepreneurial teams that consists mainly of Macao members and is able to address the pain points of the industry, giving their project a good chance of being commercialised.
