Earlier, the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) and the University of Macau (UM) co-organised a three-month leadership training course for civil servants, which was focused on e-government and inter-departmental cooperation. Today (21 May), a closing ceremony for the course was held at UM. During the ceremony, UM Rector Yonghua Song and SAFP Director Kou Peng Kuan presented certificates of completion to 27 students.
