UM holds seminar on literary studies in Macao in the past 30 years

The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Macau Studies (CMS) and the Department of Chinese Language and Literature today (3 September) held a seminar on literary studies in Macao in the past 30 years. The event attracted literary experts and scholars from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

Over ten of them gave keynote speeches during the event. They included Prof Chang Tang-Chi from Chengchi University; Prof Zhu Shoutong, Prof Gong Gang, and Prof Tang Chon Chit from UM’s Department of Chinese Language and Literature;and Dr Lam Fat Iam from Macao Polytechnic Institute.
