14 members of the University of Macau (UM) Fencing Team recently won one gold medal, four silver medals, and one bronze medal at Guangzhou Fencing Open 2016. The competition consisted of three events, namely foil, epee, and sabre, for young adults, teenagers, and children, respectively. This year’s event attracted fencing teams from Guangdong province, Hong Kong, and Macao.
