UM professors win 2 prizes at national conference on practical writing

A collection of letters co-edited by Department of Chinese Language and Literature Emeritus Professor Tang Keng Pan, associate professor Tang Chon Chit, and assistant professor Dr Sio Chio Ieong recently received a second prize at a national academic conference on practical writing. A paper co-authored by Prof Tang Keng Pan and master’s student Lin Cheng received a second prize in the papers category. The conference attracted more than 50 scholars from all over China. The event was organised by the Chinese Institute of Practical Writing.
