The 11th Asia-Pacific Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education (APacCHRIE) Conference, co-organised by the Asia-Pacific Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education and the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Gaming Management of the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Macau, will be held in Macao from 21 May to 24 May. The theme of this year’s conference is “rise up to the challenges, seize the opportunities—winning in a turbulent time for the hospitality industry”. The conference aims to provide a platform for hospitality and tourism practitioners, academics and government officials to exchange ideas and advance the development of research on related issues.
