The Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs of the University of Macau (UM) will launch the “Who is the Dietary Expert?” healthy food promotion and analysis competition during the Healthy University Week in November, in order to raise students and staff’s awareness of food safety, quality and nutritional value.
Those who are interested in participating in the competition can submit an article on healthy food analysis in 150 to 300 words, together with a picture of the food and the participant, as well as a completed application form, to: hup@um.edu.mo, before 26 September 2012.
