The Postgraduate Summer School and Conference 2012, co-organized by the University of Macau’s (UM) Graduate School, the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd), and the South China Normal University, is now open for registration. Due to be held on the 2nd and 3rd of June, the event aims to provide a platform for local postgraduate students to present, interact and exchange ideas, as well as to receive feedback and comments from experts, so as to improve their knowledge of research projects design.
Scholars from the University of London, HKIEd, and UM will deliver keynote speeches. Postgraduate students from disciplines of Business, Social Science and Humanities, Education, Language and Linguistics and Science will present their research methods to experts from these areas. There will also be a forum session for providers of postgraduate education to discuss effective strategies for improving support to postgraduate research.
