Pu Le, a master student of the Department of Government and Public Administration, University of Macau (UM), was selected from hundreds of applicants from around the world to attend the Strait Talk Taipei 2012, becoming the first UM student to be selected for this event.
The Strait Talk Taipei 2012 is co-organized by the 21st Century Foundation, Taiwan University, and the Strait Talk Association in Taipei. Twenty young people from different countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao, gathered in Taipei for in-depth discussions about cross-strait issues.
