The technical site visit was sponsored by the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau, the University of Macau Students Union and the Macau Institute of Engineers. The Institution of Mechanical Engineers Student Chapter, University of Macau Students Union (IMechE-UMSU), and the Macau Institute of Engineers, University of Macau Students Union (AEM-UMSU), organized a 2-day technical site visit in Hong Kong on 28-29 December, 2011. During the trip, students visited the CLP Power station in Castle Peak, KMB bus factory in Lai Chi Kok and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Through this trip, students learned about the development of engineering projects outside Macau, as well as practical knowledge related to these projects.
