We are pleased to announce that the September issue (61st issue) of My UM has been released!
If you are a student living in one of the residential colleges, check out this issue’s cover story, which discusses the results of a two-year performance survey on the positive impact of the RC system on students’ soft skills. We also interview Rachel Lao, a fourth-year student from UM, who has written a song to encourage people with autism. This song won the My Favorite Song Award at a local original music competition. Can you imagine getting around the campus on a golf cart? We have surveyed over 200 faculty members and students about their main modes of transport on campus, and some of them proposed very creative means of getting round it.
