The University of Macau (UM) Student Affairs Office and Library recently held an award ceremony for winners of a reading activity held last year. During the event, Prof. Lv Jin, senior visiting scholar at Moscow State University and director of the Southwest University’s Chinese Poetics Research Centre, gave a talk entitled “Times and Reading”. UM Librarian Dr. Paul Poon, UM Registrar Paul Pang, Dean of Students Dr. Peter Yu, and Department of Chinese Head Prof. Zhu Shoutong attended the event.
