Six University of Macau (UM) students from the Department of History won a second prize and a shortlist prize at a local economics paper competition. The paper entitled “Analysis of the Pros and Cons of the Cash Handout in Macao” received the second prize in the students’ group, which had no winner of the first prize. Another paper entitled “On the Economic Cooperation between Macao and Nansha” won the shortlist prize.
