The University of Macau’s (UM) swimming teams made quite a splash at a recent swimming championship for Macao university students, which was organised by the Macau Universitarian Sports Association. UM teams were ranked among the top in ten events and finally walked away with three championships, in the men’s individual 50-metre free style category, the women’s individual 50-metre backstroke category, and the men’s 4×100 metres freestyle relay category, as well as the first runner-up prize in the men’s 4×100 metres freestyle relay category.
