Centre for Early Childhood Education and Child Development
The Centre for Early Childhood Education and Child Development (CECECD), an institute affiliated with FED, was established in the fall of 2014. The CECECD aims to develop a high quality early childhood research team in Macau and in the Greater China region; to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to engage in dynamic scholarly exchanges in this region and beyond; and to serve the local community through an array of services with an emphasis on teacher professional development.
Mission
• To conduct quality research in early childhood education and child development in Macau, the Greater China region, and internationally by a high-performing, multidisciplinary team sharing a common goal of making a difference in the lives of young children and their families.
• To contribute to best practice in early childhood education and child development in this region and internationally, applying scientifically sound and evidence-based research.

The Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) Training in Jinan, Shandong

• Discussed about the follow-up teacher training study.
