The University of Macau (UM) is organising a series of academic events from May to Dec 2015 which will bring together leading scholars from around the world. There will be lectures by Nobel laureates and a recipient of the Fields Medal (known as the ‘Nobel Prize in mathematics’), seminar for university presidents from mainland China, Macao, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and conferences on medical sciences and mathematics education. All are welcome.
