A delegation led by Sun Da, deputy director general of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao SAR, recently visited the University of Macau (UM). The delegation was warmly received by UM’s University Council Chair Dr Lam Kam Seng and UM Rector Wei Zhao. Dr Lam expressed his gratitude to the liaison office for its continuous support to UM. Rector Zhao told the guests about UM’s latest developments, academic structure, and the ‘4-in-1’ education model. Sun praised UM for its education policy, campus management, and progress in internationalisation. The delegation visited UM’s State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine and the UM Wu Yee Sun Library.
