The University of Macau’s (UM) National Flag Team recently held a handover ceremony. During the ceremony, new members were appointed to replace the old members. In his opening speech, UM Vice Rector Billy So praised the team’s development over the past three years as well as its important contributions to national education. Billy So and Rector’s Office Director Carol Wong presented certificates of appointment to 25 new members of the team.
