The Department of Chinese, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSH), University of Macau (UM), held a seminar on the birth and development of new academic disciplines on 13 April. Director of the Palace Museum Mr. Zheng Xinmiao and Dean of FSH Prof. Hao Yufan attended the seminar and discussed the birth and development of new academic disciplines by citing the examples of the studies of the Forbidden City and Macaology.
