The University of Macau (UM)’s Mandarin Debate Team lately participated in the second Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Inter-School Competition held in Shenzhen. The competition was organized by Tsinghua University. UM team overwhelmingly defeated its rival from Peking University and advanced to the Semi-Final. Coaches Prof. Yin Degang and Mr. Liu Jingjing and team advisor Mr. Samson Cheong played a key role in the team’s success.
