Mr. Lee Ming Kwai, executive director of the Hong Kong Institute for Public Administration, will give a talk on leadership at the University of Macau (UM) on 13 November. Mr. Lee will share his experience in managing the Hong Kong police force. He will also explain the key qualities and skills required of an outstanding leader through real-life examples. The talk will take place in Room HG03, Ho In Convention Centre, UM. It will begin at 2:15pm, and will be conducted in English, with simultaneous interpretation into Putonghua. All are welcome.
