An international conference titled ‘The Promotion of the Cape Town Convention in China’ was held today at the University of Macau (UM) Wu Yee Sun Library. The conference attracted more than 100 scholars, experts, faculty members, and students from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao. Participants exchanged ideas on international laws governing the financing and rental of aircraft equipment, rail vehicles, and space assets. The event was co-organised by UM’s Faculty of Law, the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), and the Macao Foundation.
