UM students join service learning programme in Sichuan

17 residential fellows and students from the University of Macau (UM) Stanley Ho East Asia College recently participated in a service learning programme in Sichuan province. During the trip, students taught local students, organised various activities for the locals, and paid respect to those who died in the Wenchuan earthquake. Participants also handed over a donation of RMB 3,000 to a local community service centre, and donated five computers to it on behalf of UM to support its work.
