The University of Macau’s (UM) Lui Che Woo College (LCWC) and Student Affairs Office recently organised a service learning activity in Thailand. 20 LCWC students, led by resident fellow Dr Chu Caixia and administrative staff member Timothy Chong, visited local primary schools and helped to build a concrete bridge with the capacity to accommodate trucks in a village in Chiang Rai. The delegation also visited Chiang Mai University to learn more about Thailand’s culture and education development.
